October Writing Prompt

Spooky Season is officially here! To celebrate, the ebook version of Jack by Alex Westhaven is now free on all platforms for the month (including right here!). Grab a copy for yourself and pass the word on to your friends! We’ll be spotlighting other horror/thriller books as the month goes on, so stay tuned.

Now for this month’s writing prompt:

Your character starts out at the gates of a spooky mansion. Inside awaits either the key to eternal life, or a slow and painful death. Your character goes inside, of course. What do they find waiting?

If you write and post a story based on our prompt, comment or send your links to brazensnake@brazensnakebooks.com. We’ll link back to your story toward the end of the month.

That’s it for this week. Until next week, happy reading & writing!
