Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline
We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. We believe this time frame strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.
Acceptable Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging (if applicable). Please note that certain items may have specific conditions for return due to their nature, and these conditions will be clearly communicated on the product page.
Refund and Shipping Charges
The buyer is expected to pay shipping on any returns. As most returns should be books/printed materials, returns can be sent inexpensively via USPS media mail.
For refunds, we offer the following options:
Replacement/Exchange: We’ll replace the item with a new, undamaged version of the same item, subject to availability.
Monetary Refund: We’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund.
Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if only part of the order is returned.
Line-Item Refund: For items that are part of a larger order, we may issue a refund for the specific item returned.
Gift Card: We can issue a gift card with the refund amount for you to use on future purchases.
Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used on any future purchases with us.
Items Eligible for Refund, Exchange or Return
Not all items on our website are eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
– Ebooks and Audiobook files may be replaced if the original download is not functional, but are not eligible for refund or return.
– Physical literature such as print books, cards, and bookmarks may be returned or exchanged for either a replacement or a refund, when damaged in shipping, or when printing errors are present.
– Wearable items such as earrings and clothing may be not be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns may be issued on a case-by-case basis for defective items.
