If your ebook or audiobook file is not loading properly, please contact help@bookfunnel.com, or go to https://bookfunnel.com/help/. If Bookfunnel is unable to get the file to load, please contact us at brazensnake@brazensnakebooks.com.

If you’d like to request a return/exchange or refund for a damaged physical product, please email us at brazensnake@brazensnakebooks.com. Include your purchase order number, the item, a photo of the damage, and whether you’d like to return it for a refund, or exchange it for a new item.

We will respond to all return/exchange/refund requests within three business days.
